To establish a comprehensive mental health therapy and counseling program aimed at reducing depression, anger, violence, and relationship challenges among military personnel and individuals with mental health conditions and those affected by depression, anger management issues, violent tendencies, and relationship challenges. This program will provide free, structured group therapy sessions to ensure accessibility for all participants. The program will also address community-level concerns regarding violent crimes and suicides by providing accessible and affordable (free) group therapy sessions.
